Guaranteed salary package for peace of mind

Every Specsavers Audiology partner receives a guaranteed salary for the lifetime of their partnership with Specsavers. 

For New Zealand Audiologist partners: the salary is $120,000  

Our guaranteed salary has been openly advertised since our launch into the New Zealand market. But did you know that the salary is just one component of the true value of a Specsavers Audiology partnership? Each of our partners also own profit-earning shares in their business. 

It’s important that when you look at the potential of a Specsavers Audiology partnership, you consider: 

  • annual salary (which is paid fortnightly) 
  • annual profit (which is paid quarterly once the business is making profits) 
  • the future value of your shares in the business you develop and build (this is paid when you retire from the business) 

When you become a Specsavers partner, the Specsavers’ support team will work with you to provide the very best product range, equipment, finance, admin, IT, in-store systems, marketing, training, and development, plus more. 

You will be able to focus on developing and growing your business and your business’ profits. No sales KPIs or targets – you’ll be clinically driven and customer-centric in your approach to audiology and be able to put the hearing care of your customers first and foremost.
