In fact, since 2020, we’ve now opened 40 Specsavers Audiology locations across New Zealand with over 23+ audiology professionals joining us in partnership. 

But did you know that Specsavers partners:

  • Are employees of their own business. They receive the same employment benefits that they would receive as an employee elsewhere, with both annual leave plus sick leave entitlements, in addition to their guaranteed salary of $120,000 per annum plus Kiwi Saver, paid fortnightly.  
  • Receive two-thirds of their business profits paid quarterly through dividends, plus 1/6 of business profit paid as a bonus. The earning capacity of our partners isn’t capped at their guaranteed salary. 
  • Have the support of their optics colleagues and retail team. As their business grows our audiology career ladder supports them in bringing onboard audiology retail support staff.
