At Specsavers Audiology, we believe in offering our partners and employed clinicians true flexibility, which covers the day-to-day operational responsibilities, clinical decision-making, and for our partners – business growth.
We only partner and employ experienced and passionate audiology professionals. We trust your clinical expertise and leave all the clinical decision-making to you.
We have a framework and structure to support you – from clinical advisers, Audiology Relationship Managers, to partner forums, so you’re never out there working on your own! Plus, we trust you as you’re the audiology expert, and you know how to do your job to support your customers’ hearing needs.
“My customer’s reactions when I have given them a quote for hearing aids make me feel like I am making a difference in their lives every day. They just can’t believe that the hearing aids are so affordable and that they are not compromising any technology by choosing Specsavers hearing aids. They are comforted by the fact that they are being looked after by a fully qualified MNZAS audiologist who will not compromise on customer care due to the cost of hearing aids being less. In fact, it is the exact opposite, I am fully invested in making my business a success and the only way you can do that is by looking after your clients and making sure they have a positive experience right from the beginning, and Specsavers gives you the tools and flexibility to do this.” – Claire Stacey, Audiology Partner Rangiora and Hornby
Manage your day your way
When we say you’ll have freedom to manage your day, we mean you’ll have autonomy over your diary. You can prioritise the needs of your customers first, whether that’s extending appointments, or for partners it might mean opening outside of regular business hours (eg. weekends, late nights) to give your customers the best possible experience.
No sales targets or KPIs
We don’t believe in setting KPIs or sales targets! It’s not our focus, nor should it be yours. Instead, we’re focused on helping our partners grow their business and supporting partners and employed clinicians in prioritising customer care.
We have a product range which is second-to-none, and we’re upfront and transparent about our pricing. We don’t believe in tactics others in the industry follow – we are about complete transparency, advising our customers of the cost of hearing products at the outset of their journey, so they can make fully informed decisions about their hearing care.
