Are you fed up with the hidden costs that are part and parcel of the audiology industry? The postcode pricing, the pressure to upsell, and the lack of transparency around what hearing aids actually cost?
We are. And we bet your customers are too.
We all know that price matters. Especially when our customers are some of the most vulnerable in society.
And we’ve heard time and time again the story of passionate and caring audiologists ready to walk away from the industry because they’re sick and tired of the sales pitch and awkward price conversations that come with every consultation.
When we entered the Australian audiology market in 2017, it was because we knew there was a better way. A more transparent way to do business so that customers and knew exactly what the price of hearing aids would be – even before their first appointment.
In 2020, we brought that same thinking to New Zealand. We promised to make waves.
To normalise hearing care. To do better for our customers.
And we are focused on delivering on our promises to make hearing caring affordable and accessible for all Kiwis.
We screen the hearing of hundreds of customers each month and have transformed the lives of thousands more. And our partners’ businesses are thriving. Making a good profit and helping their customers, without sacrificing their ethics.
We now have more than 20 stores across the country and over 12 audiology professionals who have made the switch from salesperson to clinician and business owner.
But we’re not done yet. We have a vision to normalise hearing care across this country. To ensure every single Kiwi has access to affordable hearing care whether they live in Whangarei or Invercargill, and everywhere in between.
So, if you want to be part of the revolution, now is the time to talk to us.
Now is the time to stand up for price transparency.
For yourself. For your customers. For the industry.
