Over the last 18 months, we’ve seen the launch of 25 Specsavers stores providing Audiology services in New Zealand. We’re super proud of our partners’ achievements, given they’ve managed to open new stores and develop their teams to bring audiology care to their local communities – all during a global pandemic!
Over the coming months, we are planning to rollout audiology to more locations in New Zealand, and we’re calling out to experienced and friendly audiologists to come join our family.
Why audiologists join Specsavers
Did you know that audiologists become Specsavers partners as they see an opportunity to change the audiology landscape to benefit every New Zealander?
They love not only the opportunity, but also the autonomy to make clinical decisions in the best interest of their customers, without the conflict of meeting and having to exceed sales targets.
We firmly believe in offering our partners true flexibility, such as being able to manage the day-to-day operational responsibilities and clinical decision-making. Having flexibility to put their customers first means our partners are encouraged to spend time with their customers, to deliver a high standard of professional care and not churn through appointments.
Partners also have the opportunity to open outside of traditional audiology business hours - to suit the needs of their customers. We empower our partners to do what’s right for their customers and in turn, we will support their decisions they make and their business growth ambitions.
Specsavers are great – they have provided the training I needed to manage the business side of things – whether its finance, accounting or marketing. But they’re also really focused on doing the right thing by the customer, which appeals to me. Customer service is the most important aspect of what we do.
